Grief Support Workshop

6 Week Grief Group

From Sorrow to Strength:
​​
A Six-Week Path to Peace & Purpose for those grieving the death of a loved one.  We use mindfulness, CBT, neuroscience and active listening to ensure a safe, balanced, and supportive group space where everyone is invited to share and heal at their own pace.​
​
Over the 6-week program, we will meet you where you’re at via Zoom for weekly 90-minute sessions.
 
This group offers a safe, supportive space for anyone experiencing grief to process emotions, share stories and challenges, learn coping strategies, and engage in CBT-based activities that help rebuild meaning, develop confidence and rediscover purpose.
 
Each session builds on the last and includes open discussion, goal-setting, brief skill-building activities, and time for reflection and mindfulness.​​
